Seven deadly sins. Human vices God is said to hate,

Each of these actions doom Christians to their fate.

If hell is hot and full of sulphur,

What fate do these Christians suffer?

The blood of the Lamb doesn’t wash away these sins;

These vices are humanity and will be until the end.

A woman so fat she could play Gilbert Grape’s mother;

A tailor by trade because she’s known no other.

Enabled by her partner, who feeds her fast food;

Christian ministers on the TV keep her worldview skewed.

“What’s wrong with the world today?” she asks every time I visit;

Her jowls quiver in the name of the Lord, her prayer for a heathen like me implicit.

She died of colon cancer, aged 63;

Her coffin was a special order for a woman only 5’3”.

590 pounds of hate acculumated;

Too much fat on her frame to be cremated.

A woman so fat she could play Gilbert Grape’s mother;

A woman I only know as my paternal grandmother.
